Compact 70W Class I and Class II external power supplies have medical safety certification
The DTM70 series of external power supplies are rated at 70W output power and are certified to the medical safety standards. All models are available with both protection Class I and Class II (double insulated, no ground connection required) inputs. The compact series measures 120 x 52 x 31mm and has a locking output connector as standard to avoid accidental disconnection.
All models have IEC 60601-1 Edition 3 certification (2 x MOPP, 4400Vac isolation), have been tested to IEC 60601-1-2 Edition 4 for EMC, and are compliant with IEC 62368-1. In addition, the Class II DTM70-C8 is certified to IEC 60601-1-11 for use in home healthcare applications.
The external power supplies have an efficiency of up to 91% and are compliant with ErP and DOE Level VI energy saving legislation with a no-load power consumption of less than 150mW. Six output voltages are available, ranging from 12V to 48V.
