This TDK-Lambda video covers the efficiency improvements of the PFH500F AC-DC power module over the previous PFE series.

The efficiency of the 28V output PFH500F-28 is now 92% with a 230Vac input, compared to 90% for the simple function PFE500SA-28. This equates to a 20% reduction in dissipated power and a 38% reduction over the full function PFE500F-28. Less heat dissipation simplifies cooling and reduces input power.
