The i7C series of 300W non-isolated, 1/16th brick, DC-DC converters accept a wide range input voltage of 9 to 53V, enabling them to operate from different DC source voltages. With a wide output adjustment range, 5 to 28V or 9.6 to 48V, one part will support multiple system voltages. They seamlessly transition from buck to boost mode operation without disruption in performance. Typical applications include medical, communications, industrial, test and measurement, broadcast and portable battery powered equipment.

Three mechanical configurations are available; low profile open frame, baseplate construction for conduction cooling, or integral heat sink for convection or forced air cooling. As an option, the full-featured models are equipped with a power good signal, output current monitoring and, to minimise system noise, the switching frequency can be synchronised to another model or to an external clock.
