OLED flat screen displays are made up of several layers of organic materials and, when electricity is passed through them, they emit light.  The panels are inspected optically, the data analysed and, if needed, adjustments are carried out to the process.

With complex power needs, designers of a new optical test system asked TDK-Lambda to propose a solution. Multiple power supplies with levels ranging from 50 to 1000W were required in custom enclosures.  With both engineering resources and the factory situated locally, units were delivered in a time frame that met or exceeded the customer’s expectation.
