The PFH500F series of AC-DC power modules can tolerate a wide range of ambient temperatures (-40 to 100°C) as they are conduction cooled. They are therefore suitable for use environments where convection or forced air cooling is not viable. Typical applications include COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf), LED signage, communications, broadcast, test and measurement equipment.

Models in the PFH500F series have an operating efficiency of up to 92%. Operating from a wide range 85 to 265Vac input, the PFH500F-28 will deliver an adjustable, regulated 28V output. These modules also have a PMBus™ interface with read/write capability for remote monitoring and programming.
