A power supply’s no load power consumption and efficiency can affect energy usage and the life-time operating costs of the end system.

Here TDK-Lambda presents in this video that the CUS30M and CUS60M AC-DC power supplies have respective no-load power consumption of less than 0.3W and 0.5W, and efficiency values reaching 90%. Having a flat efficiency curve means that, even at light loads of 25%, values of 85% or greater are achieved.
