David Buck, Market Development Manager at TDK-Lambda EMEA explains how an unlimited number of individually regulated adjustable outputs can be generated from a standard 12, 24, 36 or 48V bulk power supply using the i6A series DC-DC converter.

Generating negative voltages is also possible using the i6AN models. One point to remember though is that, as the i6A uses a step-down topology, a DC input of 24V or higher is required if the outputs are between 12V and 15V.
