How highly accurate programmable power supplies are used to control heater temperatures
Heaters are often used in the manufacturing of semiconductors to bond dies to wafers. For this process, the temperature has to be controlled accurately to ensure repeatability and reliability. Programmable DC power supplies are therefore used – in this, case the Z+ range.
The Z+ 0-60V 200W model has the accuracy and stability necessary for the customer’s process, with the ability to remotely program the output to control the heater temperature. The Z+ 2U rack assembly is being used to house the power supplies.
