Burn-in Equipment
Utilising programmable power supplies for burn-in enables four-corner testing to thoroughly evaluate all potential operating conditions. One company purchased multiple TDK-Lambda Z+ programmable power supplies capable of supplying voltages between 0 to 36V and up to 12A, and selected the IEEE option. This allows for the power supply to use a GPIB bus to interface with other test equipment and computers to enable automated programming and read-back of data.
