Vapor pressure testing is used in conjunction with many fuels, solvents and vaporous liquids. The test indicates the evaporation rate, and is usually performed under a closed system at a given temperature. A leading manufacturer of such equipment selected TDK-Lambda’s NV175 power supply with a 24V high power main output and a 5V and 12V auxiliary. Having no minimum load requirements makes this product ideal for products with 24Vdc motors or pumps requiring up to 180W and relatively small power for the control portion. The NV175 fan/cover option was selected.
