To compensate for the unevenness of the magnetic field in a piece of specially-designed scientific equipment, a precisely-controlled current was required. For this application, the OEM selected the Genesys™ programmable power supply from TDK-Lambda, which features a wide range of digital and isolated analogue interfaces, as well as a wide selection of LabVIEW™ drivers for precise control and monitoring.
