MRT Scanner
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners, also known as magnetic resonance tomography (MRT) scanners, provide 3D images of organs and other soft tissues, as well as the interior structure of bones without the need for investigative surgery. Working closely with the technical team at TDK-Lambda, a manufacturer of MRI scanners used the 40W and 60W PXF DC-DC converters within its power system. These fully-isolated devices feature six-sided shielding, which reduces radiated noise to meet EN55022 specifications for conducted and radiated emissions.
