Diode lasers can be used in a wide range of applications, from laser printers and barcode readers to laser surgery and hair removal equipment. Because of the high quality, reliability and performance required by diode laser systems, a manufacturer is now using a modified power supply that combines the TDK-Lambda Vega with an NV700 DC front-end.
