A manufacturer of sealed power units, used in satellite communications, is using TDK-Lambda’s PFE500F full-brick, base-plate cooled, AC-DC power modules inside.

The ability to deliver 500W, up to a maximum base-plate temperature of 85degC, and the power module’s industry standard, full-brick package size, proved a winning combination for the manufacturer.
