Emulators are now being developed that integrate with HIL (hardware in the loop) systems and provide electrical inputs to the actual sensors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Engineers familiar with TDK-Lambda\u2019s extensive range of modular power supplies called their Account Manager regarding a requirement for a new radar test simulator. Six individual outputs were needed, five of them 24V, ranging from 300W to 600W each. Two modular <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emea.lambda.tdk.com\/qm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">QM5 1200W power supplies<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> were suggested, rapidly configured using <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emea.lambda.tdk.com\/uk\/products\/quick-product-finder\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TDK-Lambda\u2019s Quick Product Finder<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and quickly delivered.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The high-efficiency QM series has low-speed temperature-controlled fans that generate a low (44dBA) acoustic noise \u2013 ideal for an enhanced operator experience.
