TDK\nCorporation (TSE 6762) announces the introduction of the TDK-Lambda brand\nPH600A280\u201124 DC-DC converter. This extends the PH-A280 series of 200 to 425Vdc\ninput power modules from 50 to 600W. The new 24V output model is designed for\ndata communications, power transmission and renewable energy applications\nutilising a 380V HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) input.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nPH600A280-24 model is rated at 24V 25A and has a wide 14.4 to 28.8V adjustment\nrange to accommodate non-standard voltages. Packaged in the industry standard\nhalf-brick package (61.0 x 12.7 x 57.9mm), it has an\nefficiency of 93% and can operate at full load with -40\u00b0C to +85\u00b0C baseplate\ntemperatures, derating linearly to 80% load at +100\u00b0C. The converters can be\nconduction cooled making them suitable for use in sealed outdoor enclosures or\nliquid cooled applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All\nPH-A280 modules have a five-year warranty, remote on-off and over-current and\nover-voltage protection. The series is fully isolated with an input to output\nisolation of 3,000Vac and is safety certified to IEC\/EN\/UL\/CSA 62368-1 with CE\nmarking for the Low Voltage and RoHS Directives. Additionally the PH600A280-24\nmodel is certified to EN 62477-1 (Over Voltage Category III) for fixed\ninstallations with a permanent connection to a distribution panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
