With a 5-year warranty, typical applications include medical, home healthcare, dental, test and measurement, broadcast, professional audio and industrial equipment that require up to of reliable 600W.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>With efficiencies of up to 96% internal heating is minimised, allowing reliable operation in the industry standard 3\u201d x 5\u201d footprint. When convection cooled, the CUS600M can deliver 400W (600W peak) in -20\u00b0C to +40\u00b0C ambient temperatures, derating linearly to 200W load at +70\u00b0C \u2013 this quiet operation enhances the patient\/user experience. With forced air cooling, via system airflow or with a cover and integral end mounted fan, the series provides 600W at +55\u00b0C ambient, derating to 420W at +70\u00b0C. With a height of just 1.46\u201d (37mm), the compact and heat optimised design of the CUS600M saves installation space in the customer\u2019s end equipment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The CUS600M has an input to output isolation of 4,000Vac (2 x MoPP), an input to ground isolation of 2,000Vac (1 x MoPP) and an output to ground isolation of 1,500Vac (1 x MoPP) for suitability in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emea.lambda.tdk.com\/uk\/KB\/Selection-Guide-Power-supplies-for-medical-equipment.pdf\">B and BF type medical equipment<\/a>. The type B (Body) classification applies to equipment that does not come into direct contact with the patient. Examples include X-ray machines, operating theatre lights, MRI scanners and hospital beds. The more stringent type BF (Body Floating) is for applications where the equipment comes into direct contact with patients, though not the heart; typical examples include ultrasound equipment, incubators and blood pressure monitors.
