He is\nplanning a career in either mechanical or electrical engineering and will be\nsponsored by TDK-Lambda through the Arkwright Trust scheme over the next 2\nyears. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oliver\nwill be joining TDK-Lambda at the end of July for a work experience placement over\nthe summer holidays. \u201cAs an introduction to TDK-Lambda, Oliver and his father\nvisited us recently for a tour of our factory, across our mechanical and\nelectrical departments, to give him an insight into where he will be working,\u201d adds\nPhil. \u201cHe has a particular interest in improving on current designs, for faster\nand more efficient production, less environmental impact and more economical\ntechnology. We are excited to be supporting his development and helping him\ncomplete his A levels, and to continue his studies at either Southampton or\nBath University.
