The Z+ series of programmable power supplies have two independent open collector control signals that can be set by the operator to a high or low state. This is achieved using the menu button and the multi-function voltage and current encoders.

For example, the Z+ output polarity to a load can be changed through the use of external relays. Either the front panel or software can activate the signals.
