Used for many different applications, ranging from medical to industrial, YAG lasers generate a very concentrated beam of light in the infrared at a wavelength of 1064 nm. They require over a kilowatt of continuous power and therefore the customer chose the TDK-Lambda PF series of high voltage DC rectifier and Power Factor Correction (PFC) modules. During the design phase, the customer forged a strong working relationship with the TDK-Lambda technical support team.
